RASCHEL (Matte Flag Fabric for Digital Printing)

KW 012 is one of our best-selling matte flag fabrics. It is a 100% polyester knitted fabric. It gives superior printing results with a high mirror effect percentage on the back of your design. It is primarily produced for direct and transfer sublimation printing. Additionally, it is suitable for UV and latex printing. KW 012 has a weight of 110 g/m² and a maximum width of 270 and 320 cm.

SUPER GLOSSY (Glossy Flag Fabric for Digital Printing)

KW 048 is one of our best-selling glossy flag fabrics. It is a knitted fabric made of 100% polyester yarn. It gives superior printing results with a high mirror effect percentage on the back of your printed design. It is primarily produced for direct and transfer sublimation printing. Additionally, it is suitable for UV and latex printing. It has a weight of 120 g/m² and a maximum width of 320 cm.

Features of Flag Fabrics

• The flag fabric is expected to be durable, resistant to fading, tearing, and stretching.

Our flag fabrics are the most durable and resistant to wear compared to other types of fabrics.

• They can withstand tests for sun, rain, snow, and wind much better than other types of fabrics.

• Fabrics containing at least 80% polyester fibers should be used in flag fabric production.

• On satin flag fabrics, colors appear very bright due to their glossiness.

• The side of the satin-printed product is seamless.

• The advantage of a polyester flag is that it is usually light, which allows it to flutter in the wind.

Our satin flag fabric, which is resistant to external factors, suitable for digital printing, and backlit and lightbox fabrics, is our best-selling satin fabric, KW 047 CRYSTAL.

It is woven and made of 100% polyester yarn. KW 047 is primarily produced for direct and transfer sublimation printing. It is also suitable for UV and latex printing.

It has a weight of 140 g/m² and a maximum width of 310 cm, and satin gains a characteristic feature and silky shine due to its high number of yarns, the specific ratio of the weft and warp threads, and the finishing processes.

Our Backlit-Lightbox Fabrics Suitable for Digital Printing

With long-lasting LED lighting placed homogeneously inside the stretched frame, which creates the backlit part that gives the name to this system, this system becomes an effective advertising and promotion choice.

Lighted fabric systems are created by stretching the fabric with PVC or silicone fillers sewn onto the edges of the fabric after the digital printing process and mounting it tightly into the edge gaps of the frame.
