SUPER GLOSSY (Glossy Flag Fabric)

This is one of our best-selling glossy flag fabrics. It is a knitted fabric made of 100% polyester yarn. DIAMOND (Glossy Satin Flag Fabric)

KW 007 DIAMOND GLOSSY is our knitted glossy satin fabric made of 100% polyester. It is produced for direct and transfer printing. AIR MESH (Perforated Flag Fabric)

KW 029 is a knitted air-permeable fabric made of 100% polyester. It enables your design to give superior printing results with a very high mirror effect percentage on the back of the fabric. It is mainly produced for direct and transfer sublimation printing. It is also suitable for UV and Latex printing. Its weight per m² is 115 gr and its maximum width is 270 and 320 cm. It is a popular choice for various applications such as Poster/Flag/Beach Flags/Building Wraps and Fence Fabric. This fabric contains a large number of small holes at regular intervals, allowing the air to flow safely through the holes in high wind conditions. Therefore, it has a long life cycle compared to other flag fabrics.

Flag Fabric Printing Types

Screen Printing

In screen printing, wide-format printers are used. These printers allow manufacturers to produce each product accurately and quickly, but due to the long setup process before printing, they generally need to order "in terms of quantity" from the customer.

Screen printing is a good choice for simple vector graphics consisting of shapes and necessary colors.

"Thermal treatment" is applied to the print. This not only improves the appearance of the printed image but also ensures that the ink is fixed to the fabric, providing a longer ink life.

The ink penetrates the entire fabric, passing through the back almost 100%, and a double-sided appearance is obtained.

 

With this type of fabric printing, special designs and patterns will be digitally printed on a wide-format inkjet printer.

The biggest advantage of choosing digital printing logos is that there is usually no "minimum order requirement" (unlike the screen printing process).

The digital printing method can also print "photos and fine details" and thus provides more options when choosing a pattern.

However, digitally printed flags do not provide the same ink permeability as screen printing, so your flag passes through the back "90% of the time" and a double-sided appearance is obtained.

After printing, the banner is ready to use after the "hot fixing" process.
